We stock our shelves so we can ship these orders within 3 business days (excludes public holidays and weekends).

CUSTOM ORDERS
We take great care in designing the products personalized for you, so please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped (excludes public holidays and weekends).

RUSH ORDERS
If you have a rush order, please get in touch and let us know the date you will need them. We will let you know if there are any issues with the deadline provided.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any rush orders at peak buying times like Mother's Day, Christmas etc.

COMBINED ORDERS
If you order both ready-made and custom products within the same order, the turn-around time will be up to 7-10 business days. If you would like your ready-made item posted within the 3 business days, please ensure you place two separate orders.
