How It Works
01 — Share Your Requirements
Tell us what you need, including the type of sign, wording, quantity, preferred size, colors, finish, and project location. For logo signage or installation projects, please also provide your logo, wall measurements, surface type (wood, PVC panel, glass or cement) and clear photos of the intended area.
02 — Receive a Recommendation and Quotation
We review your requirements and recommend suitable materials, dimensions, finishes, mounting methods, and lighting options when applicable. You will receive a quotation based on the approved project scope.
03 — Confirm Your Order and Payment
Once you approve the quotation, we will provide the payment instructions and any applicable order terms. Your order is confirmed after the required payment has been received. Deposits or staged payments may apply to larger, bulk, lighted, or installation projects.
04 — Review and Approve the Artwork
We prepare a digital artwork layout showing the design, wording, colors, dimensions, and other important specifications. Please review everything carefully. Production begins only after we receive your final artwork approval.
05 — Production
Most personalized acrylic products require approximately 10 business days after final artwork approval. Larger, bulk, lighted, or installation projects follow the production schedule stated in the approved quotation.
06 — Delivery or Installation
Finished orders may be shipped nationwide through our available courier partners. Delivery charges and transit times depend on the destination. Installation may be arranged for selected projects and locations when included in the approved quotation.
