🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

At Laser Crafts PH, we take pride in handcrafting high-quality acrylic desk name plates. Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

✔ We Will Replace Your Item If:
✅ Defective or Damaged Upon Arrival (Cracks, scratches, or manufacturing defects).
✅ Incorrect Customization (If the name, title, logo, or design does not match your order details).

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Replacement:

• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Minor variations in color due to material differences.
• Damage caused after delivery (accidental drops, misuse, etc.).

🛠️ How to Request a Replacement:

1️⃣ Report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Send clear photos of the item showing the problem, along with your order details, to lasercraftsph@gmail.com.
3️⃣ If approved, a replacement will be produced & shipped within 10-14 business days.

Do you customize?

Yes. Most of our acrylic signs can be customized with your preferred wording, colors, mirror acrylic finish, size, and branding. Standard products can be personalized directly on their product pages. For custom dimensions, complex logos, lighting, outdoor use, or installation requirements, please use our Request a Quote form.

Will I see the design before production?

Yes. We send a digital artwork layout for your review and approval before production begins. Please check all names, spelling, titles, colors, dimensions, and other details carefully. Production starts only after we receive your final approval.

What is your standard production lead time?

Most personalized acrylic products require approximately 10 business days after final artwork approval. Larger, lighted, bulk, or installation projects follow the production schedule stated in the approved proposal. Shipping time is separate from production time.

Can I request a rush order?

Rush production may be accommodated depending on our current workload, material availability, and project requirements. Additional rush fees may apply. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

How will my order be delivered?

SPX is our default courier for nationwide orders. Lalamove may be arranged for selected Metro Manila locations, while JRS or J&T may be used where SPX service is unavailable. Shipping fees are calculated separately or displayed at checkout when available.

Can I order several signs for a clinic, office, or business?

Yes. We create coordinated signage sets for clinics, offices, law firms, corporate spaces, beauty and wellness businesses, retail stores, and other professional environments. Send us your room list, quantities, logo, preferred finishes, and project location through our Request a Quote form.

Can you match our logo or brand colors?

Yes. You may provide your logo, brand guide, or color reference. We will recommend the closest available acrylic, mirror, painted, or printed finish. Exact color matches may vary depending on material availability, lighting, screen display, and production method.

Will adhesive-mounted signs work on any wall?

Adhesive works best on smooth, clean, dry, and non-porous surfaces. Textured, porous, dusty, freshly painted, or uneven walls may require a different mounting method. Please send us a photo and description of the installation surface if you are unsure.

Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?

Most products sold through our online shop are designed primarily for indoor use unless the product description states otherwise. For outdoor or exposed locations, request a quotation so we can recommend suitable materials, construction, paint, lighting, and installation methods.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes may be accommodated before final artwork approval or before production begins. Once a customized item has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible and additional charges may apply.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact us within three days of receiving your order. Send your order number and clear photographs showing the item, packaging, and issue. If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details, we will advise you regarding replacement or correction.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?

Because our products are personalized and made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind after production has begun. Please review your digital artwork carefully before approving it.

Production Lead Time: Standard production lead time is 10 business days after final artwork approval. We can ship earlier if workload permits. Rush production is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

Artwork Approval: A digital artwork layout will be sent via email for review and approval before production begins.

Shipping: Default courier is SPX nationwide. Lalamove delivery available for selected Metro Manila locations. JRS or J&T used for areas where SPX cannot deliver. Shipping fee is calculated separately.
