How to purchase:

1) Add to cart and checkout the item

2) Leave us a message for the text you'd like us to engrave.

3) Wait for our design proposal via email. Once approved, we will line up for production and ship.

4) We usually ask for 7 business days to process your order but can ship earlier if workload permits.

DISCLAIMER: 

We are always select good-quality wooden boards but we have no control over the natural color and grains of the wood.

The typical courier delivery time is 2-3 days (Metro Manila) and 10-14 days (Visayas & Mindanao) after the order is shipped. Please note the typical delivery time frame does not include production time and that shipping may be slightly delayed on holidays and weekends.

Please allow up to 10 days for production of your orders.

At the time of placing your order with us, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” by email confirming the receipt of your order. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will also receive a “Shipping Confirmation” email from our courier partners (Lalamove, JRS and GoGo Xpress) providing you with your shipment tracking number. If you have received a damaged product or if you receive an item in which the quality has been compromised, please email a photo and we’ll arrange an exchange that will make you feel completely satisfied.
