At Laser Crafts PH, we take pride in handcrafting high-quality acrylic desk name plates. Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
✔ We Will Replace Your Item If:
✅ Defective or Damaged Upon Arrival (Cracks, scratches, or manufacturing defects).
✅ Incorrect Customization (If the name, title, logo, or design does not match your order details).
❌ Not Eligible for Return/Replacement:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Minor variations in color due to material differences.
- Damage caused after delivery (accidental drops, misuse, etc.).
